After more than two decades leading global industrial and energy businesses, Collin Ward most recently served as a Business Unit CEO at Siemens Energy, where he oversaw multibillion-dollar operations, strengthened manufacturing performance, and expanded the company’s presence in adjacent markets including data centers and energy. Prior, Collin held senior leadership roles at ABB & Schneider Electric, where he scaled global enterprise business units across five continents and built long-term partnerships with major energy and chemical companies while at the same time leading manufacturing excellence and project delivery.

Earlier in his career, Collin served in a series of program director and P&L leadership roles at Raytheon, where he improved manufacturing and supplier quality for Integrated Defense Systems, reversed a multi-year revenue decline, improved award fee results and delivered multi-billion-dollar integrated projects to end users domestic and abroad.

He is a recognized leader in operational execution, executive partnering, manufacturing excellence, and high-performance results based culture.
