Picarro instruments are built to last. When maintained properly, they will deliver the precise measurements you need for years to come. To help you keep your Picarro analyzers and peripherals functioning properly, we offer a variety of annual service plans to meet your specific needs. 

Annual Service Plan Types

The Commercial Service Plan

 / *Analyzer age limitation of 5 years to qualify.

Annual technician maintenance visit, loaner instrument when needed, remote support, software updates, free repairs, replaceable parts, bi-annual remote training.

The Premium Plan for G5000 Series

 / *Analyzer age limitation of 5 years to qualify.

Eliminates unexpected repair costs with remote support, software updates, free factory repairs, and necessary customer-replaceable parts.

The Premium Plan Excluding G5000 Series

 / *Analyzer age limitation of 5 years to qualify.

Eliminates unexpected repair costs with an annual maintenance kit, remote support, software updates, free factory repairs, and necessary customer-replaceable parts.

Training and Installation Options

We also provide a full suite of services that can be purchased in addition to, or separately from, maintenance contracts to make your data collection experience more valuable.

Technical Jumpstart

 / Must be used within six months of delivery

A 4-hour program performed by a Picarro specialist through video conferencing. It assists customers with new system start-up and initial result verification. Technical Jumpstart is an excellent choice for clients new to our Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) technology.

On-Site Installation

 / Must be used within six months of delivery

A 2-day program performed by a Picarro specialist at your location. The program includes: installation of your analyzer; training in methods development and considerations for best operations. An excellent choice for customers who require local and customized support. 

Health Check

 / PI2000, PI5000, SI2000, G2000, L2000, G5000, & G4000

A thorough evaluation and tune-up of your system. Utilizing a remote connection, a Picarro engineer reviews, evaluates, and optimizes the performance of your analyzer's optical, mechanical, electrical, and computer systems. Analyzer host software updated when possible, appropriate, and necessary.
