Picarro's High-Throughput A0212 vaporizer is designed for extremely high sample throughput and, when run with Picarro's L2120-i Cavity Ring-Down Spectrometry Analyzer, offers unbeatable guaranteed precision and simple operations. The vaporizer delivers 750 injections per 24-hour period for a total sample throughput of 125 per day. In addition, a CRDS analyzer equipped with the A0212 is guaranteed to have extremely low drift . This ensures that, unlike ICOS and other technologies, the Picarro system requires minimal calibration. In fact, our analyzers have been run for 16 hours non-stop with no calibration at all, still collecting data within our guaranteed precision performance specifications. The gain in throughput can be 50% or higher than for systems with poorer drift characteristics which need to run standards every 4 samples. On this vaporizer Picarro has added hydrophobic particulate filters that capture contaminants and excess liquid. These filters can be easily replaced and eliminate the need for regular cleaning of the vapor inlet channel (which is easily fouled in other analyzers). The Picarro vaporizer can operate in the lab or in the field and is fully integrated with Picarro's L2120-i.
