Picarro and Instrumatic A/S Announce Distribution Agreement

Sunnyvale, CA and Ry, Denmark, October 11, 2007 - Picarro, leading manufacturer of high-performance trace gas analyzers, and Instrumatic A/S, leading manufacturer of advanced air pollution monitoring and control instrumentation, today announced the appointment of Instrumatic A/S as exclusive distributor of Picarro instruments for Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

Picarro's ultra-trace gas analyzers are designed to maximize the advantages of Cavity Ringdown Spectroscopy (CRDS), delivering ppt to ppb sensitivity at high speed and without interference to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications. The flexible Picarro platform enables a wide range of applications in environmental monitoring and process control applications.

Instrumatic A/S is specialized in sales and service of high technology environmental monitoring instrumentation for applications such as AQMS, CEMS, Process and Marine emission monitoring systems.

Instrumatic's DPIII dilution probe, manufactured since 1985, combined with Picarro's CRDS platform will dramatically enhance the precision of emission monitoring systems.
