Technical Jumpstart Program

This service is designed to assist you with start-up of your system, verify initial results, and check instrument performance in your application and intended environment. Technical Jumpstart goes beyond the standard assistance available by contacting Picarro and is ideally suited for those who want to deploy faster and would like performance verification of the commissioned instrument in the lab or field setting. 

Picarro provides the analytical industry’s easiest out of the box experience. We say that “with minimal or no assistance, even people unfamiliar with our technology can install our analyzers.” However, there are times when you will need that little bit of additional assurance: your campaign starts tomorrow; your application is novel – even by our standards; you require assistance in plumbing, configuring and using your Picarro analyzer and peripherals correctly. That’s where our technical experts can step in. By adding Technical Jumpstart to your quote, you can get the world’s best CRDS team behind you. Technical Jumpstart program consists of live assistance via remote desktop meeting with Picarro’s Technical Service personnel. During the meeting, Picarro will review your plumbing setup for leaks or crossedconnections, confirm electrical connections, and walk through basic instrument operation and software functionality. Additionally, via a web connection to the analyzer, Picarro will perform a Health Check on the commissioned instrument. The Health Check procedure validates that critical instrument parameters are in the proper operating range and confirms validity of measured data under your field or lab conditions. 

To ensure the highest quality and consistency, Picarro’s Technical Support team follows an industry standard methodology for Installation Verification, Operational Verification and Performance Verification, as detailed on the following page. 
A certificate of attendance, for up to 8 individuals, is also included in this program.
