Instrument Performance Package (IPP)

The 24-month Instrument Performance Package (IPP) is a bundle of Service products, consisting of Instrument Performance Verification (IPV) with Quarterly Performance Reporting, a 12-month Extended Warranty & 12-month supply of wear items:

• Instrument Performance Verification (IPV):
  Performance of the system is monitored using sophisticated internal instrument sensors and on-board software diagnostics to automatically detect issues. Our team of engineers can monitor the instruments from Picarro HQ (provided discrete or continuous internet access). This enables Picarro to proactively identify problems should they happen or before they happen. This service ensures that critical instrument parameters are in the proper operating range and confirms validity of measured data under your field or lab conditions. IPV service includes quarterly performance reports and automatic notification of all system events should they occur.
• Extended warranty:
  Extension of the factory warranty by an additional 12 months for a total coverage of 24 months. Warranty includes the laser system, wavelength monitor, pressure and temperature control systems, optics, control computer and all analog and digital circuits. Picarro’s Warranty Terms and Conditions apply.
• Additional 12-month supply of wear items (needed in the second year of service):
  External vacuum pump, external particulate filter and fan filter.

With the combination of IPV for performance monitoring, extended warranty to eliminate unintended expenses, and spares, the 24-month Instrument Performance Package helps ensure the highest possible analyzer uptime and the peace of mind from not having to budget for unplanned maintenance expenses.
